Ustream Expert Support Needed

I want to broadcast live over the internet using Ustream.com. Right now, I am unable to do this and am not sure if I need to download the right software, update my computer, or just design the Ustream Dashboard correctly. Ustream's limited techinical support has informed me that anyone I hire should have " strong knowledge of Adobe Flash and Adobe FMLE. FInal Cut Pro is video editing software that is also helpful to know about. " I will give preference to anyone who is in the Boston Massachusetts area who can visit my office rather than work remotely. I will not rule anyone out if they can't come to the office, but I prefer a local person. I can pay $20 cash per hour or a larger lump sum to complete my project.
